In this study, the plant community characters, bio-diversity changes, difference and inter-reaction of soil property in the rock slope of mine mountain, the plant to arid ecological adaptability of adverse circumstance and landscape benefit appraisal were compared, based on the different ecological restored technique in the open mining mountain of JiangSu Province. The recovery results of different ecology restoration technological measure were also compared, and plant with stress resistance adapt to the slope of mine mountain were selected. The results showed as follows:(1) Reasonable artificial ecology restoration technology can accelerate the restoration of the plant ecosystem of the rock slope. Selection and disposition of the vegetation affected the bio-diversity of the plant community of rock slope directly. The vegetation bio-diversity of XuYi BeiDa mountain by using platform planter type technique was the largest among several kind of artificial ecological restoration technology measures.(2) All plant community structure of artificial ecology restoration in rock slope can be classified for three types: The first kind of structural type is the bush (evergreen, fallen leaves)+the herbaceous (annual, perennial); The second kind is the arbor(evergreen)+the bush(fallen leaves)+the rattan(evergreen); The third kind is the bush(evergreen)+the rattan(evergreen).(3) As regards ecological restoration of the mine rock slope, plant species diversified magnitude was not related with main physical and chemical property of soil evidently. The selection and disposition of the plant species was the key point of the technological measure of artificial ecologies.(4) Combined the coordinate comprehensive evaluation and subordinate function of fuzzy mathematics, Gardenia,Cape Jasmine (Gardeniae jasminoides Ellis) was the most drought stress resistance one of the nine plant. Green Maple(Acer serrulatum Hayata.), bamboo, Buerger Maple(Acer buergerianum Miq.) were moderately, Seatung(Pittosporum tobira Ait.), Red Maple (Acer rubrum) were the weakest.(5) The landscape appraisal results of various mines mountain ecological restored technique type showed that XuTi BeiDa mountain platform planter type's landscape appraisal composite index was the highest, achieves the first level of landscapes evaluation criteria. The result indicated it was possible to obtain the good mine ecology to restored the comprehensive effect by using the reasonable artificial ecology restored technique.
