As one kind of Lewis acid catalyst,the organotin compound has many merits in the catalytic synthesis domain, but the organotin compound has received the limitation in the application because of its toxicity. At present, the research indicated that, introducing the silicon alkyl radical in the organotin may be possible to reduce the toxicity of the organotin. Therefore, this article uses the trimethyl silicon hydride and the anhydrous tin tetrachloride for the outset raw material through the process of synthesis which draws up, synthesized four kinds of organotin compounds containing silicon. Their structure were characterized by chromatpgraphic separation and analysis,elemental analysis,IR,1HMR,13CMR,MS.(Me3SiCH2)2Sn(OCOAr)2 (RMe2SiCH2)4-n SnCln [(Me3SiCH2)3Sn]2O [X(Me3SiCH2)2SnOSn R' 2X]2(R=Me,Et, R' =CH2SiMe3,Bu,X=Cl,OOCC6H4NO2-p, n=1,2)The adoption of esterification and acetation studied the response catalytic reactive compounds, the catalyst for the catalytic mechanisms of a certain explore factors affecting the response made in the inspection. Results of the study revealed that part of contains the silicon organotin compound are very good catalytic reactive, and in their reaction process, a condition called mild reaction, the by-product is few, non-corrosive response devices and so on.As for tetraorganodistannoxane compound containing silicon , when used as catalyst in the reaction,the whole system may become completely homogeneous phase system, when the reaction ends, the system can form bipasic system.
