The catalytic performance of eight zeolites (MCM-22, MCM-22(0.5%P), MCM-22(1.5%P), MCM-49, YSBH-1, YSBH-2, HY1 and HY2) for the alkylation of benzene with 1-dodecene was experimentally evaluated using a batch reactor under the following conditions: 50℃-70℃, benzene/dodecene molar ratio 8:1 and atmospheric pressure. The results showed that MCM-22(0.5%P) had the relatively best catalytic performance, the conversion of dodecene was 34% and the selectivity of 2-LAB was not less than 60%.The catalytic stability performance of four mesoporous zeolites (MCM-22, MCM-22(0.5%P), MCM-22(1.5%P) and MCM-49) which were selected by the batch reactor was evaluated in an isothermal integral micro-reactor under the following conditions: benzene/dodecene molar ratio 8:1, catalyst of 0.5g(6080 mesh), pressure of 2.0MPa, temperature of 140℃ and mass space velocity of 20h-1. The results showed that MCM-22(0.5%P) had the best catalytic stability performance, the conversion of dodecene in the...
