Rubber compound in the extrusion process is researched in this paper, and regression analysis is used to design experimental project. The thermal characteristics of research object is forecast through theoretical analysis first, then recipe of meridian tire tread rubber is designed by combining quadratic regression experimental project, through changing the quality of the carbon black, the white carbon black, the plasticizer A in recipe, the mutual rules between the thermal characteristics and the change of component's content of rubber compound with the increasing temperature in extruding machine is discussed.In the part of theoretical analysis, the hydrodynamics and heat transfer essential theories have been used. The flow and heat transfer characteristic of rubber compound in the extrusion processing is analyzed deeply. Thermal characteristic mechanics of the rubber compound is discussed from such three aspects as thermal diffusion, specific heat, thermal conductivity.In the part of the experiment, combining the above theoretical analysis, the regression examination project is chosen correspondingly. Here the regression experimental project is a calculating method about the three variables (carbon black, white carbon black and plasticizer A) and five levels (the value state of every variable quality share), the calculating program is made by VB, Then, the thermal diffusion, specific heat and thermal conductivity of each kind of rubber compound are measured by NanoflashTM LFA447. Finally, primary datum are analyzed and calculated by regression examination project.
