Special rice is the rice seeds from ordinary rice resources. Compared with ordinary rice seeds, it contains more abundant proteins, amino acids, plant fats, minerals and vitamins, and other elements of nutrition components, in addition, also contains dietary fibre, unsaturated fatty acid, brass, content, and other special functions factors, the special rice may help prevent and treat arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and other diseases of modem civilization. People who use it can get skin beauty. The research for special rice(such as black rice, red rice, rice) currently focus on quality and nutritional content of the exploration and exploitation of new varieties. To ordinary rice, people have a lot of heat character study and draw a series of mathematical models. It can be found rarely to explore distinction on physical characteristics between special rice with ordinary rice. With the improvement of people's living conditions and advancement of nutrition structure, special rice become favour, and thus strengthen its related basic research has become more urgent. The special rice is variety, They can't be tested all. in this paper the physical characteristics for xiandao is measured.First designed the fast disk-type test meter for grain repose angle, optimized its structure, tested the reose angle for Xiandao and proved that the repose angle is linear associated with moisture content; Secondly designed devices for the measurement of heat capacity, got the formula for heat capacity, measured xiandao and got the relation between heat capacity and moisture content; Finally improved the testing devices of traditional thermal conductivity and hermal diffusivity, used it to test xiandao.This article aims to explore the physical characteristics of special rice, the choice of methods in the value of the principle is to facilitate quick, but also take into account the accuracy and stability of the system, test for special rice(Xiandao) proved that it has some regularity prevail between the physical characteristics and its moisture content.
