At present, the processing method of PDM stator is to form rubber casting inside its smooth wall at home and abroad, and which's rubber casting surface is a type of spiral curved surface. When working, the bad distribution of rubber liner would cause stator to become invalid early to shorten the service life of PDM .Therefore, how to raise the life of stator rubber, becomes the one of major baffling problem in the current application research field of PDM. Plenty of document data and research information show that changing the shape of stator rigid body reasonably, making stator rubber layer thin and evenly, and adopting new technology can improve efficiently the working environment of PDM, and raise its service life. So, how to select, design and process stator curve have became the key that solves this problem, and does not be talked about in some documents. Basing on this reason, the paper discusses and studies on the processing technology of the uniform stator of PDM thoroughly.Firstly, this paper introduces developing situation of PDM, analyses the necessity of the research content, and brings forward a kind of new stator processing method of PDM. Compared with the ordinary PDM, the notable structural characteristic of this PDM is that there has a suited spiral curve between stator and rotor. As this method, it can reduce the thickness of rubber, and increase the adhesive area of rubber and metal. Secondly, it analyses the line type between stator and rotor of PDM, gets its derivation bone line equation that satisfies the motor conjugate line type of theoretical sealing and the equation of curved surface, and determines its basic processing method and technology according to the line type characteristic of the spiral curve through analyzing some kinds of typical spiral curve processing methods.Finally, through using the technology of Virtual Design, theory of metal cutting, as well as NC, and analyzing the control scheme about 4 coordinate, 3 coordinates and 2 coordinates, this paper determines relatively ideal processing control scheme on stator, completes the overall scheme and the structural main parameter design of machine tool, as well an the design of milling cutter head and fictitious prototype design, makes the milling program of NC, as well as finishes the simulation analysis using the modular of Pro/E on milling cutter head By means of that approach, it proves the feasibility of entire design scheme.
