Pyrazole derivatives, one of the focuses in the research and development of agro-chemicals, have been found to show widespread biological activities. Many of them have been used as pesticide, fungicide, herbicide and medicine.3-methyl-1-phenyl -5-pyrazolinone is the one kind of the most important intermediates in the fields of the organic synthesis and it plays essential role in some biosynthetic and metabolic pathways.Pyrazole oxime ester(ether) compounds not only have widespread fungicidal, he-rbicidal, insecticidal activity, but also have high selectivity, low toxicity and friendship with the environment in the research and exploitation of medicine and pesticide. As a result, they have been researched extensively for long time. In order to find new pyrazole derivatives which have good biological activity, we designed and synthesized three series of new compounds according to the principle of combination of bioactive substructure and bioisotenc relationship. We designed and synthesized 10 N-substituted -5-sulfonyl pyrazole oxime ester(ether) derivatives and 5 N-(p-trifluoromethy)phenyl-pyrazole thioether derivatives. At the same time, we synthesized 5 pyrazole oxime compounds which are contained two pyrazole circles. The structures of all these compounds were confirmed by ~1H NMR, IR and elementary analysis. And their activities are being detected.
