Ferrocene and its derivatives have been widely used in many field, and also used to modify and improve the performance of other compounds. Oxime-ethers have broad activity against insects, pathogens and weeds. Many of them have characteristics of low toxicity and low residue. This kind of compounds of molecular design and synthesis and biological activity research has always been one of the hot spot of pesticides.1,3,4-oxadiazoles heterocyclic is widely used in medicine, pesticide, light-emitting materials due to its special molecular structure. There were many reports on the biological activity of ferrocene derivatives, oxime-ethers and 1,3,4-oxadiazolyl thioether respectively, whereas few on the introducing ferrocene group into oxime-ether and 1,3,4-oxadiazolyl thioether. In order to seek pesticides with good biological activities, a series of novel oxime-ethers and thioethers compounds were synthesized according to the superposition principle of biological activity, and their bioactivities were tested. Through screening, it was expected to obtain efficient, low toxic and high selective compounds. The compounds were synthesized as follows: Series Ⅰ ferrocene derivatives containing oxime-ether moietyR1= H;p-Cl;m-Br;o-FR2=4-Cl;2-Pyridinecarboxaldehyde; 4-N(CH3)2; 4-NO2Series Ⅱ ferrocene derivatives containing 1,3,4-oxadiazolyl thioether moiety R1=H;p-Cl;m-Br;o-F R2=Ph;o-F;m-F;p-FFinally, bioactivities of the target compounds were studied by petric dish testing method. The preliminary activity test results showed that most oxime-ether compounds were with the function of anti-fungal activity, and this kind of compounds were much more effective than others when substituent group R2 is electron donating group; while the bioactivities of thioether compounds were not ideal. Which established the foundation of further screening of excellent anti-fungal compounds.
