The foreground of waste water treatment with high-efficiency anaerobic reactor is wide. Variable-velocity anoxic biofilter (AF) adopted in this thesis belongs to high-efficiency anaerobic reactor. On the base of present research, further research on performance and influence factor of AF under productive scale has been made to summarize experience on effectiveness and operational guidance, propose requirement for operation and control with regard to technical study, sound automatic control system of the technics, technically support it for its popularization and application accordingly and accumulate experience for practical application of variable-velocity anoxic biofilter in China.Two phases, start-up and operation are consisted in this experiment. The start-up indicates that with gradual enlargement of influent, while HRT Of Media Layer between 1.95~2.59h, average removal efficiency of COD of biofilter is 30.7%, average removal efficiency of SCOD 18.6%, average removal efficiency of SS 53.7%; and the average of COD in effuluent of biofilter is 176mg/L, with average of SCOD 108mg/L and average of SS 69mg/L. Strength in effuluent varies little in accordance with strengthen in influent, with removal efficiency nearly constant. That indicates biofiltter can somehow load, and is considered the end of start-up in about four months. Operation indicates while steady run, removal efficiency of COD maintains between 30~40%, with removal efficiency of SCOD approximate 20% and removal efficiency of SS 50~60% the highest of the three. Therefor, when removal efficiency of COD exceed 30%, removal efficiency of SCOD exceed 15%, removal efficiency of SS exceed 50%, we can take the above range for the ideal effect of biofiltter applied sewage disposal.Influent valve of biofiltter is opened entirely in the end of start-up and operation phase, and is called full load phase, in which influence factor that biofillter brings to contamination are inspected. The experiment indicates while HRT Of Media Layer between 2.2~2.4h, biofiltter is the most effective in sewage disposal with a high-efficiency of removal efficiency of COD 59.09%, SCOD 59.09% and SS 86.36%. While NvCOD between 2.5~3.0kgCOD/m3·d , biofiltter is the most effective in sewage disposal with a high-efficiency of removal efficiency of COD80%, SCOD 80%. While Nvss between 1.5~2.0kgSS/m3·d , biofiltter can bestly purify SS with the highest Removal efficiency of SS 94.44%. Therefor NvCOD and Nvss should be setted as main...
