The Spring Back distortion in sheet metal stamping can be described as the change of sheet metal shape compared with the shape of the tools after stamping process. Generally,the process of stamping has stamping and Spring Back. There are many nonlinear factors , which include contact,impact,friction,large deformation,large displacement,large rotation and elastic-plastic deformation etc. The precise forecast of uninstall Spring Back is the precondition of controlling it efficiently. Therefore, seeking a reliable solution to forecast Spring Back,consequently to control Spring Back and heighten the shaped accuracy of stamping part. Owing to many industry,especially in AUTO manufacturing,sheet metal materials with high strength-to-modulus ratio such as high strength steels and aluminum alloys are widely applied to the manufacturing in order to abate the weight of finished product and reduce fuel consuming,so the problem of Spring Back is much more severe. It is difficult problem of stamping of thin sheet metal too.In taking into account the distortion history of sheet,applying the unite of the dynamic explicit and static implicit algorithm of simulation software DYNAFORM analyses the process of stamping and Spring Back of parts (Namely,applying the dynamic explicit algorithm analyses the process of stamping and applying static implicit algorithm analyses the Spring Back after stamping),and based it,applying DM finds out its knowledge from result of simulation. That is to say,finding out the parameters which are much more influenced on the Spring Back and optimizing the parameters obtains controlling the Spring Back accurately. As follows:â‘ The computation and controlling of U-shape bend.â‘¡In the process of stamping,rule of stress and stain of direction of sheet plane and thickness and its influence on the stamping quality.â‘¢Applying DM to predict the result of simulation of Spring Back needs enough data,but the workload is too big. So applying Orthogonal-design and seeing about parameter of material,friction coefficient,relative bend radius,clearance of dies etc few factors influence the result of simulated Spring Back . And applying square difference analysis finds out main factors of effect.â‘£Widely adopting testing data and applying DYNAFORM to simulate bend and Spring Back of sheet. And applying regression analysis of DM to get mathematic model...
