The development cycle of new type car lies on the stamping process of auto panels.However,a trial-and error-procedure is often demanded in auto panels module designing for o long time. So time and manpower are wasted.All of these result in lower productivity,longer development cycle,worse quality and higher cost.Therefore,a method must be acquired,which could help men find the best or feasible design method at less expense in shorter time.That is numerical simulation method.The automobile panel stamping forming simulation technology has vital significance in shortening automobile manufacture cycle,reducing cost,improving design quality and enhancing market competitive ability.The paper Summarize the development of sheet FEM inside and outside state. The theory of automobile panel stamping forming with finite element method is elaborated and researched ,which include: dynamic explicit algorithm, Static implicit algorithm,shell element types,yield criterion,relation of strain and stress,contact and so on. At the same time,the forming process character , requirements and process are summed up.General steps and the key technologies of the numerical simulation of automobile panel are brought forward.Some maters like model setup and mesh generation are discussed.In this thesis, taking the automobile behind outdoor as an example, stamping simulation using large non-linear dynamic explicit FEA software DYNAFORM was done, First the generation of automobile panel's binder and addendum were introduced. Through predicting the defects such as wrinkle and cracks of automobile behind outdoor stamping simulation,we adjusted drawbead and die structure.Also,we discuss a possible improvement program according to the theory FLD. Followed through repeated simulation, the author obtain the best forming conditions, with reference to the significance of actual production.The FEM of the car trunk lid which is a typical component is established. In addition stamping Parameters were designed with orthogonal design method.The experiment results show :when the automotive panel forming,the effect of punching speed on the quality of products is greater than that of BHF,drawbead and friction conditions on quality of the Product.And the greater is the speed of the punch the smaller is the local thickness of product.The basic characteristic and the main impact factord of springback numerical simulation are summarized. The springback of the car trunk lid which had been formed are simulated,from which the trend of springback is found .At last, compar three springback results of the car trunk lid which had good deep drawing quality...
