Research Of The Control System For City Wastewater Disposal Based On The LIER-POOLK Technics

LIER-POOLK wastewater disposal technics , known as integrative activated sullage method, consists of special designed automatic control system and biology reaction pool. Small occupation, low investment, low energy consumption, low operation cost are the features of this technics, which is considered to be one of the most promising wastewater disposal technologies in the new century. Since demanded equipments and instruments are various, and the working procedure takes turns with time and space , it strongly depends on automatic control system.This project creates a way using 2-D matrix control to implement many functions such as flooding water, Anaerobic Biochemical process, Facultative Aerobic Biochemical process, Aerobic Biochemical process, precipitate, drainage, mud removal and so on in one special reaction pool. When components of wastewater, climate or inflow changes, using matrix chart can easily and quickly adjust wastewater disposal technics to meet safety, stable requirements of sewage-treatment plant.With above technologies, this project makes as many as 27 sets of equipments under the control of automatic technology operation, and reaches no less than 30 process steps of subdivision working procedure . Technology detailization: supplying 32 process control sequences which are configurated random,meanwhile process equipments can be configurated freely to generate any possible process control flow for recipe management.All parameters of automatic working procedure can be reinstalled in PLC control software through control network of Central Monitoring Room to generate a new wastewater disposal process flow so as to adapt changes of wastewater components, climate, inflow,etc.To realize wastewater disposal process monitor, wastewater disposal operation management and wastewater disposal management,WindCC 5.1 configuration software has been used as development and run platform in upper computer monitor system.This article mainly focuses on the study of automatization and intelligentize city wastewater disposal in order to provide some useful reference to improve city wastewater disposal system, new type intelligent wastewater disposal equipments and automatic control system. Hopefully it can improve technology level, automatization level , intelligentize management level of wastewater disposal system of our country.
