In view of the fact that key variables such as the amount of ore,the amount of reagents,the leaching temperature,the electrolyte concentration,and the current size of the antimony-containing gold concentrate in the traditional alkaline leaching-electrolytic deposition antimony process production process cannot be controlled stably,it affects the antimony leaching rate and the cathode antimony production.In the case of determining the leaching and electrolysis conditions,the automatic control system has been researched and developed through experimental research to realize the precise adjustment of the key variables in the antimony leaching process,and finally a better antimony leaching rate and electrolysis index.The production equipment of the entire automatic control system is composed of leaching tanks,filter presses,and thickeners.The hardware part is composed of Siemens PLC,upper computer,etc.,and the software part is composed of PLC software programs and configuration software.Calculate and select the leaching hardware equipment according to industrial production index requirements and process conditions,and on this basis,select low-voltage electrical components,programmable controllers,PLCs,upper computers,sensors and other hardware devices,through Profibus communication mode Next,the S7-1200 PLC controller,frequency converter and WinCC are connected to communicate to ensure the control of the input and output ports of the electrical components;the software part of the monitoring system and operating system is designed through Siemens TIA Portal V15 software In order to adjust the operating parameters of the production process,according to the requirements of on-site industrial production,the software parameters of the control system are dynamically adjusted to ensure the stable operation of the leaching production process.After the completion of the control system,the experimental research on the electrolytic deposition conditions of the leaching solution was carried out,and the phase analysis of the cathode antimony obtained by electrolysis was carried out.The test results showed that the cathode antimony particles were silver-gray circular cylinders with a length of about 21.5?m,Sb accounts for95.52%,and the rest is Na,Ca,S and other elements,with relatively few impurities.The automatic control system is applied to the alkaline leaching de-antimony production process of the antimony-containing gold concentrate of Hunan Zhenqiang Antimony Industry Co.,Ltd.,and the powerful functions of the PLC control system are used to realize the control of the leaching equipment and the real-time monitoring of the leaching process variables.And through the way of Profibus bus communication to realize the interactive transmission of information between PLC and WinCC,it can quickly adjust the key variables of the leaching production process,so as to ensure the stable operation of the leaching process;under the condition of the average grade of antimony to the mine is 9.08%,A cathode antimony product with a leaching rate of 93.17%,an electrolysis efficiency of 98.72%,and an average grade of 86.37% was obtained.
