Generating electricity by burning the dust is one of the important ways of disposing the dustin our country at present. Dust leachate sewage disposal is the key to prevent the secondarypollution during burning the dust. In the present sewage disposal control system in our country,similar equipments adopt common instrument control with a low automatic level and intensivelabors. In order to improve the present situation, an effective control system is urgently required.Based on the implement of the reforming program of the sewage disposal factory supported byNingbo Fengling Green Energy Development Co., ltd, the disadvantage of the original systemand the advantage of the new one are analyzed, and the overall structure of the control system isdiscribed in the thesis. Subsequently, the relevant techniques in dust leachate sewage disposalfactories are discussed, of which the focus is on updating and enlarging the Siemens PLC system.Its purpose is to offer more possibility for the improvement in the future to make the processmore valid and efficient with the low cost. The system is always reliable and competitive andmodernizes the users’ operation technology. Besides, it reduces the complexity of the projectconfiguration. In conclusion, the sewage disposal system developed in the thesis for the refuseincineration power plant turns out to be of good extensibility, practical applicability and cost-effectiveness. It offers a strong guarantee for the sustainable and steady operation of thedust-burning electricity generation.
