In the recent decades, along with the rapid development of modern industry production technology, the request for material become more and more high, and more and more strict. It requests material has higher intensity, higher toughness, and smaller density. Furthermore, the request enhances the alloy of the anti-corrosive performance, as well as the inexpensive of the price. As knows, the performance regarding this kind of performance requirement on the sole metal is difficult to realize,and sometimes have mutually contradictory. Therefore, bonds different materials, forms one new kind compound material which is suitable for the project application.The board strip is playing the vital role in the national economy development. Its application in industry, agriculture as well as other professional lines is extremely common. Along with the science and technology development, the users have increasing strict with qualitative index such as size precision including straitness requset. Therefore, the research and exploration for plasticity processing of the metal mobile rule, and the deformation coordinates as well as the strength can the parameter computation has important theory significance and the application value in improving the rolling craft, and the product quality and the precision, reducing the production cost.This topic will use the finite element method achievement as calculate tool, taking the ANSYS software as the platform, develop programs which will be used in simulating under the different rolling condition the strap rolling process. In order to simulate the rolling process ,it provides one kind of new tool, and lays the foundation found for useing this software to carry on further studies for the complex rolling process. Aming at the geometry non-linearity, the material non-linearity, the roller problems exist in rolling simulation and the problems of rolling over a contact as well as the model loads,etc. It produces the using of the ANSYS software solution and the determination basis for correlation parameter.Useing the different finite element model to simulate the rolling process, and comparing their disadvantages and advantages, it is convenient to select the different computation model solution rolling question according to demands from now on. And will develop the procedure will use in producing actually the rolling strength and the moment of force computation, by the time realization rolling strength precise forecast, the craft parameter determination and the rolling mill will design for the actual production in when the rolling strength can the parameter choice provide the method.Through the rolling distortion process analysis,it obtains distortion characteristic during the rolling process, and analyzes the influence to distortion after rolling. Meanwhile, pressed to the rolling process in the factor and so on rate, tensity, friction coefficient change has carried on the discussion to the rolling strength and the unit friction distribution influence, caused under the analysis dissimilar condition the rolling process possibly to realize.
