H-beam,also known as wide flange I-section steel,is a typical energy-saving and environment-friendly "green steel",with light weight,reasonable section area distribution,strong bending and compression resistance,convenient construction,cost saving and other excellent characteristics,has replaced some types of steel is widely used in many fields such as industry and civil.In the actual production process of H beam,it is mainly completed by finishing mill group and roughing mill group,and the method of hot rolling is adopted.Finishing mill group generally consists of two universal mill and one edging machine,roughing generally consists of two or more different groove of two-high rolling mill,continuous casting billet after heating furnace heating into get fine rolling billet,roughing and finishing billet after cutting head to tail into the finishing mill group,and the final after finishing mill group repeated rolling up with a range of sizes of h-beam.In this paper,the fine rolling and rough rolling of H-beam are studied.The fine rolling part is mainly about the preparation of rolling schedule software and the simulation simulation.The rough rolling part is mainly about pass design and simulation verification.First after trying,to establish a set of rolling force,rolling torque calculation accuracy and meet the requirements of the subject theory,through the theoretical formula is deduced horizontal roller rolling force,vertical roll rolling force,rolling torque force can parameters,combined with rolling technology of three specifications of the table is fitted and adjusted the theoretical formula of coefficient of regression equation,and then get the final formula of rolling force,rolling torque,according to the functional requirement of the rolling schedule software will each force can use Visual Studio parameter calculation formula of the VB software modules compiled rolling procedures.Then,according to the rolling schedule software,a set of rolling schedule that meets both the requirements of the rolling mill equipment and the actual production requirements is debuged-and the accuracy of the formula of rolling force and rolling moment is verified by finite element simulation of the H-beam finishing rolling part according to the data provided by the rolling schedule software and DEform software.Finally,pass design is carried out for the rough rolling part of H-beam,and the rationality of pass design is verified by using DEFORM software for simulation.
