We uses NiSO4·6H2O, NaH2PO2, C3H6O3, CH3COONa, C4H6O4, PbSO4 and C12H25NaO3S as raw materials,By the corresponding oxidation and deoxidization reaction of Electroless Plating , the products of oxidation and deoxidization reaction were aggraded on the surface of micron squama graphite powders. The graphite composite powders were obtained after washing and dryness. The preparation conditions, performances and uses in practice of graphite composite powders were studied chiefly.It was found that the treatment times, treatment temperatures, pH values of main bath, loading quantities, concentrations of main salt and pretreatment methods influence the preparation of graphite composite powders to different extent by observing the images of graphite composite powders. It was discovered that different pretreatment methods lead to different images of coatings. The coating image of graphite composite powders was a flake adopting salt-based colloid palladium activation pretreatment whereas the coating image was a grain adopting sensitization activation distributing pretreatment. XRD examination found The coating amorphous.The peak value temperature reacting with oxygen of graphite composite powders adopting salt-based colloid palladium activation pretreatment is comparatively high currently via analyzing the TG-DSC curve of graphite composite powders in oxygen atmosphere and the oxidation resistance of graphite composite powders is boost up. The surface status of graphite composite powders had a obvious change and dispersion Property was elevated, by measuring Zeta values and viscosity values of graphite composite powders in the water.
