The yield of the dacron staple fiber has raised very greatly by the technique of polyester in the world developing rapidly,the polyester produce ability and yield growing quickly and the technique and management level raising continuously. The blowing quench technique of the strong capacity spinning line also have improved very greatly. The blowing quench can raise the production ability of the dacron staple fiber, be also advantageous to the development of the new species and the new techniques ,improve the fiber quantity.The staple fiber lines of the company have set up at the beginning of 80's, the design throughput of the single line is 50 t/d, the actual throughput of the single line already increased to 60 t/d by reforming for years.How resolve the even blowing quench for the as-spun fibres is the key of the problem to further increase the productivity.It was necessary to reform the HV452 ring blowing quench in the foundation studying merits and shortcomings of the different blowing form,to study the effects of the homogeneity and the drawing characteristics of as-spun fibres.Thus it can provide the technique how to reform the HV452 ring blowing quench in order to raise the throughput, develop the new product and improve the quantity.This...
