This Paper Focuses On The Research Of Gexintong Dripping Pills (GDP).

This paper focuses on the research of Gexintong Dripping Pills (GDP).The first, determination of hyperoside in Folium Crataegi of different collecting seasons was studied by HPLC. Single factor experiment and orthogonal test were performed to select the best process of extraction of the total flavonoids in Folium Crataegi.The second, the total flavonoids in Folium Crataegi and Radix Puerariae were purified by macroporous adsorptive resin and evaluated by yield and purity.The third, the formulation and the dripping condition of GDP were optimized on the basis of single factor experiment and orthogonal test by the degree of circularity, weight variation, dissolution rate, disintegrating time.The fourth, the quality standerd of the extract of Radix Puerariae was established for the first time by TLC and HPLC. The quality standard of GDP was established by TLC and HPLC.The fifth, the stability of the finished product was studied.The last, the impatient toxicity in small rat experiment was studied.
