Study On The Technical Feasibility Of NaoDeSheng Dripping Pills

NaoDeSheng Tablets,which is recorded in 2000 edition and 2005 edition of Chinese Pharmacopeia,is main used for arteriosclerosis,ischemic cerebral apoplexy and sequela of cerebral hemorrhage.Dripping pills can educe drug action expeditiously,and have a good bioavailability.We made dripping pills from tablets,and made a systemic study on the feasibility of the preparation process.The technical feasibilityAccording with the characters of hurbs and therapeutic action,drop pill was selected as the form of the drug.By using the extracting quantity of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and daidzein,and extract rate as indexes,the times of extracting were studied,and the optimum extracting condition with alcohol was selected by orthogonal design.By using the extractives with n-butyl alcohol and extract rate as indexes,the times of extracting were studied,and the optimum extracting condition with water was selected by orthogonal design.On the basis of these studies combining the specialty of hurbs and requirements of the drug form,the preparation process was ascertained for NaoDeSheng Dripping Pills Preparation process of formulation studied the effect of different accessories and different forms of drug on the admixture.After determined the accessories and form of drug,we inspected the minimum quantity of accessories and the best preparation process.At last,we determined that the best formulation was composed of medicine powder(32.68%),PEG6000(42.39%),waters(19.61%)and Tween-80(5.23%).The best preparation conditions should be discribed as that:the temperature of melt mixture of powder and PEG was kept at 70℃～75℃,the distance between dripper and coolant was 1 cm,the depth of coolant was 30cm,the temperature of coolant was 5℃,and the dripping speed was 8～10 drops per minute.
