Low Pressure Reconstruct Of Small And Medium Ammonia Synthesis Plant And The Research Of The Feasibility

With development of current ammonia synthesis industry, the pressure of ammonia synthesis has been reduced to 10MPa gradually. But the pressure of ammonia synthesis in domestic small-medium ammonia synthesis industry exceeds 30MPa, and the energy consumption of ammonia synthesis is 50% higher than the international average level Consequently, it can not catch the tendency of development of current ammonia synthesis industry. The key of actualizing ammonia synthesis in low pressure is exploiting a catalyst with high activity in low pressure and temperature. Meanwhile, the catalyst with high activity in low pressure and temperature, such as A301 and ZA-5, has been prepared.
