Paraffin has always been solvent production of lubricating oil by-products, due to the rapid development of China's long-term economic, range of products more and more widespread application of paraffin, paraffin requirement is increasing, especially for refined and semi-refined paraffin demand has been strong not bad. China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation Beijing Yanshan Company (hereinafter referred to as Yanshan Branch) is an important production base lubricating oil and paraffin, oil waxes such as its effective use, may sell off oil wax reproduction of more than 100,000 tons (including minus four line deoiled wax 70,000 tons), economic billion. Therefore, improving the utilization of existing resources wax is an effective and necessary means to paraffin production. Yanshan Company To fully tap the potential of existing production of lubricating oil means a solvent method, by means of the relevant technological innovation, increase the amount of wax products, meet the needs of domestic and international markets, with less investment, get higher benefits, in line with national industrial policies.In this paper, China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation Beijing Yanshan Company phenyl ketone wax means to improve resource utilization and supporting system transformation for the study. The project intends to in-one system to increase-the removal of benzene means heavy oil unit, intends to transform two phases, the first purpose of the transformation is the first minus two, minus three wax resource full recovery, the first phase of reconstruction after the second phase transformation It is minus four remaining wax and then recycling of resources. In this paper, the feasibility of the project for detailed new study, using the theory of project feasibility study carried out market analysis and forecasting, engineering and technology research program, environmental impact analysis, economic analysis and social evaluation.
