| Testing Turntables is a kind of complex and precise mechano-electronicequipment. It is mainly applied to the research, the test and the identification ofinertial platforms and intertial instruments. It is one of the key equipment toensure the precision of intertial guidance. In the field of testing, the testingprecision of equipment is one order of magnitude higher than the tested unit.Angular position testing system is the reader-out unit of testing turntables, so theprecision of the whole system is depended on it. So it is important to research theangular measuring system with high performance and precision.There have been many kinds of angular measuring systems up to now. Basedon different angular measuring principles, these systems have different realizedways. And their precision, resolution, tracking velocity have obtained greatimprovements. This thesis aims to design an angular measuring systemattempting with high precision, resolution and tracking velocity of angularmeasuring system.Firstly, this article discussed the performance and the operation modes ofseveral kinds of angular transducers, we selected the inductosyn and resolver tobe the unit of angular measurement to make sure the system has adequate angularrange and testing precision. Single-phase excited and two-phase outputs are used.Combining with resolver-to-digital converter AD2S80A, a dynamic angularmeasuring system of amplitude discrimination mode system with simple structure,high precision and reliability is realized. This system not only can supply thesignals of the position and angular velocity, but also the dynamic measurement.Secondly, some of the key circuits are designed and debugged, and the transferfunction of AD2S80A is deduced which indicates the system is a 2nd system. Bydetailedly analyzing the dynamic characteristics and simulating to the step-input,the result certificated that the angular measuring system could settle forthe demands. And then, through field connection, debugging and preoperation,we certificated the angular measuring system has high precision, resolution andtracking velocity for our purpose.
