| In order to measure angle precisely of three-axis turntables,the angular measuring system that has achieved 16 bit high resolution and outputed digital signal stably is designed and accomplished.According to the working principles of round inductosyn and resolver-digital converter,the external components of the converter AD2S82A are optimized.A high precision and low noise preamp lifter is designed for improving the system ability of anti-jamming.This paper selects inductosyn as angular measuring sensor.On the basis of the three-axis turn-table,the digital signal processor TMS320LF2407A,which produced by TI,was mainly used as the CPU in the angular measuring system. Acording to the logic diposal and arithmetic operation utilized the Complex programmable logic device,completed the design of the function mode is completed including signal interface mode and data preprocessing mode of the converter AD2S82A.By the introduction of the principle of the inductosyn;analyses the chief errors are analyses.In this paper a tracking transition method is applied,which is anti-interference,low error and transforms fast.The errors of chip AD2S82A,are standed base on this method.After the analysis of system errors,the errors are distributed.And angular measuring system can satisfy the project demand.This paper designs the angular measuring circuits fit to the three-axis turntables,which include exciting source,preamplifier,filter,phase shifter,analog angle to digital and angle digimatic.Shielding and guarding are designed for the circuits,aimed to enhance the stability and reduce error. |
