Alcohol wastewater is a high-concentration organic waste water. It contains many organic substances. Such as amino acid, polysaccharide, phenolic pigment. If they can be reclaimed from the wastewater, the resources recovery from the wastewater can come true. The main research and results ofthis thesis are as follows:1. The COD measurement method of the alcohol wastewater and thepurified water was confirmed. The accuracy and veracity of the method was tested with the method of seal digestion. The resultes indicate that the accuracy and veracity of the method are good, the capacity of resisting the affect of Cl~- is high. The COD of specific alchohol wastewater was 142212mg/L.2. The contents of protein, et al were determined first. The specific alchohol wastewater contained: protain 5.37g/100mL , total sugar 2.30 g/100mL, total colloid 67.1 mg/100g sample, moisture 84.4%, total ash 4.52%.3. The isolation method of the amino acid in the wastewater was selected. The amino acid has crystallized by ethanol first. The determination result showed that the total quantity of the amino acid in the crystal was 86.2g...
