Phenolic pigment from the molasses alcohol wastewater being extracted by resinNKA-II was studied in this paper. The optimum factors were determined and the kineticsand thermodynamics model of Adsorption Process were established, and ability ofcomplex between phenolic pigment and protein were also studied. The aspects of thisstudy were as follows:1. The crude extracting of phenolic in molasses alcohol wastewater. Adding of thevolume of0.25%times of0.1%flocculant to molasses alcohol wastewater, and thenthrough centrifugal precipitation to remove colloid of suspension and parts of impurity;adding of0.5mol/L sulfuric acid to pH was4.2, to remove parts of ion and protein bycentrifugal precipitation; Adding of the volume of0.7times of95%anhydrous ethanol tomolasses alcohol wastewater, the supernatant was taken after shaked well and12hours’placed. Crude extracted of phenolic pigment wastewater was got after recovering ethanolby distilling.2. Phenolic pigment in crude extracted which extracted by NKA-II resin was studied.First, considering the effect of quality of NKA-II resin, temperature, pH, extracted time, supernatant diluted times, five factors on the extracted rate of wastewater at the static state, which can get the optimum scope of the factors. Analyzing the interaction of eachelements by SPSS, which can get the optimum extracted conditions, as followed:temperature35℃, pH3.8, time120min, quality of NKA-II resin5.5g, crude extractedwastewater dilution factor to2.5times volume. Second, using ion exchange columnperformed an experiment at the dynamic state, considering the effect of waste volume andvelocity of flow on the extracted rate of wastewater. The conclusion were as follows:velocity of flow0.5mL/min, waste volume0.8mL/g.3. The type of absorbance was assured, Fitting the thermodynamics on the relationbetween the concentration phenolic pigment and the equilibrium adsorption capacity, which can get the adsorbing process accorded with the Langmuir equation and wasparallel adsorption. Fitting the kinetics on the relation between the time of absorbingprocess and adsorbing capacity and equilibrium adsorbing capacity, which can get themain control step was equation of particle diffusion and liquid film diffusion and theadsorbing process followed the pseudo second-order kinetics and mainly belonged tophysical absorption.4. The effect of temperature, pH, related quality of phenolic pigment and protein onthe complex degree of phenolic pigment and protein were studied, the optimum complexconditions were as followed: the concentration ratio was14:3between phenolic and protein, pH was3.6, temperature was40℃.
