PTFE is applied to a great deal of fields such as Aero-Space , petrochemical industry , machinery , electronic apparatus , architecture , textile extensively with its excellent performance. In the chemical industry equipment, the traditional extrusion of PTFE lining have greater defect, easy to appear losing efficiency. The fritting craft of steel-PTFE with pressure succeed in keeping PTFE directly on the inner of container or pipeline for the first time. There is no air ramining between " the steel-PTFE " . steel and PTFE has very strong bonding intensity. The key process of this technology route is to pack warm powder layer. The research contents herein are to design finishing being packed the warm powder system of one layer of processes.Chapter one detailed summarize the characteristic and application of PTFE, and summarize the methods of the process, especially about the lining extrusion of chemical industrial equipment, and explain the characteristic and technological route of fritting craft emphatically.Three kinds of overall projects are designed according to the lining parameter and control request in chapter two. Hoist or lower movement and rotate movement is finished by hydraulic system in project one. It is to finish from the hydraulic cylinder which enters the underground to hoist or lower movements. It finishes through the gear wheel by the hydraulic motor to rotate movements; Project two simplify hydraulic system, and rotate movement is finished by motor. Project three remains hydraulic system finishing movement of going up and down only, but it finishes through the silk pole lift through the hydraulic motor to hoist or lower movements, rotate movement can finish by ratchet wheel and silk pole , or by super low-speed motor alone too. Through the comparison of three kinds of projects, we choose the third as the implementing project finally.Automatic hydraulic extrusion system for PTFE lining is designed in chapter three. The part of up and down adopts leading and no-rotating and dustproof silk pole lift, guaranteeing silk pole lift stability. The rotation part has adopted the self-designed electric slip ring, and has designed the hookup structure of disassembly and assembly of exchanging; Ground hole part is to install silk pole lift and regular maintenance work space, and its rational design should accord with man-machine engineering.Chapter four is a design of hydraulic, and it offers motive force for silk pole lift,...
