In the past,artificial feeding method is mainly used in PTFE pipe industry,which resulted in low efficiency and dust pollution.With the expansion of demand for PTFE pipe production and application,the problems of artificial feeding method are becoming increasingly prominent.Aiming at these problems,a pneumatic automatic conveying machine has been successfully developed,which realized the automatic feeding for extruder of chemical pipe and solved the problems of artificial feeding.However,the structure and function of this machine is point-to-point,that is to say,a charging machine provides powder for an extruder.The adoption of this configuration form on production line will bring problems of high cost and large area.Therefore,if a set of pneumatic multipoint conveying device is designed and developed based on the existing PTFE powder automatic feeding technology,it will meet the actual needs.To solve these problems,a structural design scheme of pneumatic multipoint conveying device for PTFE powder is proposed,which leads to a series of work,including overall structural scheme,key technology of multipoint conveying system,integration of hardware and control system,correlation characteristic test of system.Firstly,the technical requirements of multipoint conveying system are analyzed,and the overall structural scheme of conveying system is determined.Based on multipoint conveying subsystem,the configuration form of one to many is determined.According to the finite element simulation and test,vertical downward placement of distribution port of distribution subsystem and the basic composition of subsystem are determined.The workflow of multipoint conveying system is analyzed,which lays the foundation for future research.Many technical problems in the system have been solved.In view of the technical requirements of single-input multiple-output and switching of single path of conveying channel,a type of rotary valve is developed,which realized the switching of five channel.The technical method of pulse pneumatic conveying is put forward.Through the test,the pressure and beat of pulse conveying is determined,and the efficient distribution of multiple distribution port is realized.According to the function requirements of the system and existing PTFE powder automatic feeding technology,the pneumatic control circuit and the electrical control circuit of the multipoint distribution system are designed,and the system integration is completed.PLC is used as controller.Based on the prototype system,the single conveying ratio of output to input of five distribution ports is tested.Results show that the single conveying ratio of output to input is close to 1 after three times of distribution,and there is no accumulated material.The conveying ratio of output to input of five distribution ports is basically the same.The average transport capacity of the device is 116.29kg/h,and the daily capacity is 2790.96kg,which can meet the maximum daily consumption of five extruders.
