The Study Of Waste Land Exploitation In Yuanbaoshan Mine Subsidence

Coal and land are the important natural resources of mankind's survival and development in our country , as dominant energy has coal made great contributions for our country's economic and social development. But, mining also created subsidence, has seriously affected the mining area environment, the agricultural production, the economical development.Therefore, we need to develop and use subsidence area, after the ecology restores we can achieve the very good environment benefit, the social efficiency and the economic efficiency, to satisfy the need to sustainable develop in mining area, that is question which at present needs to solve.The paper takes the subsidence of Yuanbaoshan Mine as the research object, has analyzed this local present situation and the current production condition of Yuanbaoshan Surface Mine, then conducted the research to the aspect of using this subsidence. After designed expelling plan, I according to the plan and this local climate, soil condition made utilization plan on the land. And then, I carried on the investment estimate to two projects and the economic efficiency, the environment benefit and the social efficiency to entire project.Finally utilizing the fuzzy appraisal principle, to the economic efficiency, the environment benefit and the social efficiency I carried on the quality synthetic evaluation, made the result of quality synthetic evaluation, completed the goal of the quality synthetic evaluation to three aspects.
