Our country is in the development stage of industrialization and urbanization, thecontradiction between the environment protection and energy demand is increasing. Thedestruction of coal mining to the environment has become increasingly serious. Becauseof coal mining, a large area of land resource have been destroyed and a large area ofcultivated land have become subsidence area. As a result, the economy and societydevelopment of the mining area have seriously affected and restricted. A series of socialproblems and contradictions also brought many social factors of instability. Therefore, land reclamation and utilization in coal mining subsidence area have become a keyproblem in our society in sustainable development, and land reclamation of mining areais based on the work of land suitability evaluation. However, our country’s landsuitability evaluation is far from enough at present. Our work cannot fully consider thefeature of suitability evaluation and the evaluation process is simple, and the evaluationresult is not accurate enough, which have made the land reclamation project blindnessand reclamation planning lack of necessary design basis. At the same time, because thedestruction of land resources in coal mining subsidence area has the characteristics ofhigh damaged strength, large negative effects, difficult recovery and high technicalrequirements, so land use and ecological restoration in subsidence area should havedetailed evaluation methods, evaluation index system and technical measure.According to the background, this paper depends on the national technologysupport project “repair and precise arrangement technology integration anddemonstration of damaged farm land in mining area.(No.2011BAD04B03)”, and makePan’an coal mining subsidence area as demonstration. Beginning with the land qualityevaluation theory in coal mining subsidence, and based on the related theory of landreclamation, this paper has done the research on land suitability evaluation, which hasinitially formed a set of suitability evaluation method and evaluation index system forland reclamation, the main research contents are as follows:①Based on the domestic and international research of land reclamation andsuitability evaluation. Analysis the mechanism of land destroyed and quality factors incoal mining subsidence area, and select damage evaluation index of land quality. Onthis basis, establish index system of suitability evaluation for land reclamation, andselect evaluation factors from farmland, garden, woodland, fishery reclamation to decide the grade and index standard.②Using the correlation function of extension theory, and use the AHP method todistribute the weight of suitability evaluation index, then use the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to do the work of suitability evaluation for land reclamation in coalmining subsidence, membership and then select membership function which istrapezoidal distribution to calculate the index. Thus we can establish a mathematicalmodel of land suitability evaluation for land reclamation in coal mining subsidence area.③Based on the mathematical model of suitability evaluation, and combine withthe overview of Pan’an coal mining subsidence area, we can do the research of landreclamation suitability evaluation, and analyze the results, ultimately determine theappropriate direction of land reclamation.④Combine with the practical situation of demonstration zone. Use these measureslike topsoil stripping, flat land, soil reconstruction, biochemistry to restore ecology inthe demonstration area and provide scientific basis for the planning and design of landreclamation project.
