The research takes Hebi Eighth Coal Mining Subsidence as the study area, on thebased of the analysis Coal Mining Subsidence destruction of land resources andecological environment impact, combination of land use of the actual situation, it makesland suitability evaluation. According to Evaluation results, this paper initially draw upthe destruction of the land reclamation program in the region, and then estimates aninitial input-output value of the land reclamation program, and make an optimizationselection of the reclamation program with the DEA data envelopment analysis.At last, itadjust the reclamation program according to the preferred results and determine Hebicoal Mining Subsidence land reclamation program.In accordance with Hebi Coal Mining Subsidence Land Reclamation program,thispaper proposed reclamation goals, technology roadmap, and methods, standards andprevention and control measures, as well as reclamation measures that were suit to thelocal reality in order to further improve the land Hebi coal Mining Subsidence Landproduction capacity and the local ecological environment.
