This thesis simply introduces the oceanic oil pollution and its environment effects, and summarizes in details the basic theory and development status of the numerical model of oil's behavior and fate in the sea. After oill spill,The oil film will be diffused by the force of gravity, inertia, surface tension and surface turbulent flow, it will also be transmitted with the surface wind and tidal currents. The mark particles are used to simulate the movement of the spilled oils in the dynamic model of the behavior of spilled oils. It takes the spilled oil field as a great number of small oil particle groups. That's to say, the whole oil film is divided into thousands of independent oil particles, each of them can be moved or diffused independently, and each of them contains a little oil. The movement and diffusion of the whole oil film is taken as the movement of a lot of oil groups. So the random diffusion and advection of these mark particles can be used to simulate the behavior of spilled oils in the sea. And the random diffusion of these mark particles can be simulated by Monte Carlo methods. That's to say, the process of spilled oil on the sea can be considered as the process of turbulent dispersion, which can be described by Monte Carlo method. The Oil weathering process , including evaporation, emulsification and dispersion, is taken as the loss of particles'mass. The distribution of the thickness of the oil film is calculated by the number and mass of the particles in the very area. The advection, diffusion, evaporation, and weathering of these spilled oils caused by tidal currents, wind, and turbulent flows have been taken into account in this model. The method metioned above is used to predict the damage and effects of the accident occurred in Zhujiang Estuary on 7th, Dec,2004. The three-dimension, non-linearity tidal wave numerical model is used to simulate the tidal current distribution, and the all-around collected data of hydrogeology of Zhujiang Estuary is considered in this model. The tidal current distribution calculated above is used as...
