The thesis investigates aldehydes and ketones in surface water and sea water by four aspects as follows. In the first part, we discourses the hazards and principle source of aldehydes and ketones. Simultaneity,we also discusses some analytical methods of aldehydes and ketones during recent years at home and abroad. However, we lay heavy stress on 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH) derivatization and analysis by using of HPLC and GC.In the second, the optional conditions for derivative reaction and HPLC separation of aldehydes and ketones in surface water based on DNPH derivatization are described, including quantity of DNPH, temperature, time, pH, extraction efficiency and so on. The method has been successfully used to determinate aldehydes and ketones in drink water of Qingdao. The results are as follows:1. The derivatization efficiency was the best while adding 3mL DNPH, reacting 1h in 40℃and adjusting pH=3. The recovery of formaldehyde reached 99.9%. The recovery of trichloroaldehyde was 70.4%. When formaldehyde-DNPH, acetaldehyde-DNPH, acrolein-DNPH and trichloroaldehyde-DNPH were extracted by methylene dichloride, the recovery for DNPH derivatives of these four aldehydes were in the range of 83%~109%.2. The separation efficiency for DNPH derivatives of aldehydes in ternary system {Pump A(Φwater=100%)40%, Pump B(Φmethanol=100%)50%, Pump C(Φacetonitrile=100%)10% changing in linear gradient way in 15min to Pump...
