Gas floatation process is a very effective method to deal with NC wastewater. Gas floatation process to remove solid particle in wastewater,is to make exiguous solid particle to adhere to the air bubbles,which generated by bringing air to wastewater ,and then, the solid particle float up to water surface with them. So that, the solid particle in wastewater is reclaimed. Solid particle removal efficiency is chiefly decided by solid particle size, bubble size and the chemical properties of the solid particle surface. The principle of molecule design of floatation agent and its types are studied in this paper by analyzing the chemical properties of suspending substances in wastewater and the formula of Stokes. Furthermore ,the current research of floatation agent is also discussed.We carry on ternary emulsion polymerization with monomer AM, monomer DMC and monomer MMA to abtain product NCF by consulting a large number of domestic and international documents. And through the infrared spectrum, the composition and structure of the product have been defined. Besides, this text has probed into reaction temperature, response time, the weight rate of the three monomers, which causes the influence to the emulsion polymerization, such as dosage, etc.of initiator.NCF is used in gas floatation process in laboratory, which proves NCF having good solid particle removal efficiency.
