| The application field of solid-liquid hydrocyclones is increasingly concerned. It can be used for many solid-liquid separating operations, such as clarification , dehydration ,thick ,liquid purification (including removing sand) and recycle of solid etc .For example ,in recent years ,with the growth of oilfield exploitation time ,sand wells become increasingly serious and solid contained within production liquid is rising ,which makes the efficiency of dehydration system of collection and transportation station in oilfield reduced ,hydrocyclones'significant advantages are widely recognized.The flow and separation mechanisms of one-phase and two-phase in solid-liquid hydrocyclones were explored.Based on the dimension optimization ,with the help of CFD software and using hexahedron and tetrahedron grid ,RSM turbulent model ,discrete model and mixture model after discussing the pretreatment of numerical ( plotting grid, the treatment of boundary condition ,the choice of turbulent model ,the treatment of discrete model and the choice of multiphase ) ,the flow in hydrocyclones was analyzed .The influence of the configuration parameters and operational parameters on the separation performance was analyzed through changing the proportion of the underflow size to the over flow size and the deepness of the tube inserted in the overflow ,the inlet pressure and the volume proportion of the second phase .The results were accordant with experiment... |
