Soft solution processing (SSP) is an environmental and ecological conscious technique for inorganic functional thin film fabrication in recent years. As an important method of Soft Solution Processing, electrochemical technique has some advantages such as controlling the direction and speed of deposition reaction easily, one step formation, low energy consumption, and low impact to environment, etc.In this thesis, scheelite-type BaWO4 films were prepared directly on tungsten substrates by a constant current electrochemical method at room temperature. By means of modern analyses techniques, such as XRD and SEM, the influence of electrochemical conditions (include substrates roughness, current density and solution concentration) on the formation of the thin films were investigated. The photoluminescence properties of the as-grown BaWO4 films at room temperature were also investigated. Meanwhile, LiNiO2 thin films were prepared on nickel substrates by electrochemical method at 95℃. The feasibility of electrochemical conditions was studied by the method of cyclic voltammetry. The characteristics (phase structure, surface morphology and composition) of as-grown films were investigated by using XRD, SEM and XPS respectively. The main conclusions with innovative significance acquired from the present work are as follows:...
