New technics such as microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) and membrane technique was applied to extract and enrich effective components of Guyuan tablet. Elementary research on quality standards and preparation technology was finished. The different effect of polysaccharides and the reasons were discovered between microwave-assisted extraction and heat reflux extraction.Herbs of different sources and some extraction methods were compared and optimized. Astragalus polysaccharide(APS) was extracted by MAE. Optimal conditions were concluded from some single-factor tests and an orthogonal test. Enrichment technology was then to be studied. Membrane technique was more effective than traditional ethanol sedimentation when enrichment of polysaccharides.Large tests was based on the petty tests. Because of different principle between large equipments and petty equipments, deeper study was done and then got a stable and feasible technology. The extraction percent of APS is 8.37%, purity percent is 85.74%, transfer percent is 84.95%. The extraction percent of GPS is 9.34%, purity percent is 77.54%, transfer percent is 74.43%. The extraction percent of ginsenoside is 5.68%, purity percent is 85.37%, transfer percent is 89.43%.Extraction technology was selected according to pharmacology teste. The formulation selected by three anticancer models was composed of APS extracted by heat reflux and then enriched by ultrafiltration membrane, ginseng polysaccharide(GPS) and ginsenoside. It was exposed firstly that the effect of anticancer of APS extracted by MAE was slightly lower than APS extracted by heat reflux. The reason was discussed from herb cell modality after extraction and molecular weight distribution of APS.Elementary research on quality standards of GPS and ginsenoside was done.Proliposome was prepared based on it's characteristic of targeting to reticuloendothelial system(RES) and improvement immunity. Elementary research on preparation technology was done.
