The rare-earth organic complexes were widely used in the fields of luminescence and display for their special fluorescence properties. But their applications were always limited because of the shortages in the aspect of material property. This problem became especial outstanding in some hi-tech areas. The manufacture of the rare earth polymer luminescence materials with high luminescence intensity, low cost and good process property will be helpful to solve these problems. Therefore, it has important theorial significance and wide application prospect to carry out the reserch of the europium and terbium polymer fluorescence complexes.In this research, a series of new europium-phenanthroline-polyacrylic acid-methacrylate complexes were manufactured, and the effect rule of polymer ligands on the fluorescence property of europium polymer complexes was studied by the fluorescence instrument, this research has theoretic instructral significance for choosing polymer ligands. A series of new rare-earth(Eu,Tb) polynuclei polymer fluorescence complexes were synthesized, their structures were characterized by means of elemental analysis, thermal analysis, ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopies. Their fluorescence propertis were studied by the fluorescence spectrum analysis, and the mutual effect rule of the fluorescence properties of europium and terbium of the polynuclei complexes was found out.The reserch mainly includes two parts:1. Europium polymer complexes were synthesized, and the effect of polymer ligands on the fluorescence properties of the europium polymer complexes was investigated. In this part, a series of new europium-phenanthroline-polyacrylic acid-methacrylate complexes with the micro molecule ligands of phenanthroline and the polymer ligands of polyacrylate were synthesized. Their fluorescence properties were investigated by the fluorescence spectrum analysis, and the effect rule of polyacrylic acid-methacrylate on the fluorescence properties of europium was worked out. The results show that the fluorescence excitation spectra of the polymer complexes of europium with polyacrylic acid-methacrylate as polymer ligand are wide-band absorption; others are narrow-band absorption. When polyacrylic acid-methacrylate and polyacrylic acid-acrylate were used as polymer ligands, the fluorescence properties of the polymer complexes of europium are the best.
