Calcium is an important element of the human body and is the element most likely to lack. Due to the eating habits of the Chinese people, the calcium intake of most people is less than half the standard amount. The results of Third National nutrition surveys showed: residents of Chinese urban and rural are generally inadequate of calcium intake, the crowd who lack of calcium is up to 90% above. To maintaining good health and preventing the disease that caused by calcium deficiency, Calcium's supplement is very important. Calcium's supplement not only prevent osteoporosis, but also have many other special health- role, such as preventing and treating allergic colitis ,debasing cholesterol , reducing cardiopathy, mitigating the hurt of radial, lowering blood pressure and so on.It contains a great deal of calcium phosphate in the fresh bone, among them, the ratio of Ca and P is approximately 2:1,this kind of specific value is the best comparisons that a human body absorb the element of calcium and phosphoric. The most ideal path of reinforcing calcium is to eat the bone food and absorb the calcium content from various bones. From some of the primary indexes,the nutritional contents of bones are similar to the turtle , furthermore, the calcium content of bones still exceed the turtle, and is easily absorbed by the human body.This article took the scrap bone of the cow as the original material, adopted the method that combined the mechanical fragmentation with the high intensity pulsed electric fields, utilized the admixture of citric acid and malic acid to distill Ca2+ that were absorbed by the human body more easily. Using chemical analysis, the effect of the cow's bone turning into the ion fleetly under the function of the high intensity pulsed electric fields were studied, and the conclusions are as follows:(1)Using a Orthogonal experimentation L4(23) and a contrastive experimentation, it confirmed the category of distilling acid——the admixture of citric acid and malic acid.On this foundation,this article did an contradistinctive examination by altering the molar ratio of citric acid to malic acid and ascertained the best scale of them, viz the ratio of citric acid to malic acid is 2:1(the molar ratio).(2)Through the single factor experiment, the article separately studied the...
