This paper took the fish-bone as studu object. By the mean of which was self-made Aplly the high intensity pulsed electric fields (PEF) technique into the acid standard hydrolyze course of fishbone, outspread a great deal tentatively in-vestigate. Equally, progress part investigate on manufacture exploiture of fishbone hydrolyze liquid. The conclusions are as follows:1) Using High intensity pulsed electric fields(PEF)act on fishbone acid standard hydrolyze course, discover that the come out rate of calcic and the come out rate of protein of the earning hydrolyze liquid both were evidence hyper the earning hy-drolyze liquid of simply acid standard hydrolyze. In virtue of that the action of PEF was completdid within a few decades millisecond, so this method be provided with the characteristic of high-efficiency and clipping compare with simply acid stan-dard hydrolyze.2) By the single factor experiment, it was found that the quite feasible examina-tion condition is the proportion of total acid quality and fishbone dust is 1:1, theac-cession quality of water is 10 times of the quality of fishbone dust. And also found that the effect of fishbone dust hydrolyze was increased along with the increase of pulse number . The effect of fishbone dust by field strength was that, When it was less than 25kv/cm,the come out rate of calcic and the come out rate of protein of the earning hydrolyze liquid both were increased with the increase of field strength, but when it was more than 25kv/vm,they were decreased with the increase of field strength.3) It was found that the factor of affect the effect of fishbone dust hydrolyze...
