The quantity of the wastewater from brewery's grains washing procedure is not large. But there are large of sugar and organics in it. In the routine treatment, it must be treated with the wastewater of lower concentration discharged from other procedures, which not only may increase the organic burthen, but also lose the plentiful nutrition of the water. So it makes great sense to reduce the organic contaminant as well as reuse the resources when the wastewater is treated. In this thesis, the feasibility of obtaining the single cell protein as well as reducing the organic contaminant is studied by the compounding fungls fermention. The dominant microorganism is studied. 10 genus bacterium and 3 genus yeasts are separated from the wastewater. The yeasts are used to treat the wastewater, but the removal efficiency is not lower. The bought yeasts and Geotrichum candidum are used as fermenting fungls, then the effect of the wastewater treatment is studied after single fungl fermentation and mixed fungls co- fermentation. It is shown that the degradation rate of COD is high after Candida tropicalis and Candidautilis are added but the mass of SCP is high after Geotrichum candidum is added. The treatment effect is studied after Candida tropicalis and Candidautilis are compounded with Geotrichum candidum. It is shown that the effect of Candida tropicalis compounded with Geotrichum candidum is better than Candidautilis, and the optimal proportion of 1:1 is obtained. After compounding these two fungls, the mass of SCP reaches to 6.26g/L and the rate of COD degradation reaches to 59%.The adscititious nutrition influence to SCP and COD degradation is studied. The optimal culture conditions are: 10% inoculation, 50/250mL liquid in the bottle, initial pH of the water, the culture temperature 30~32℃, the rotational speed 150r/min, the culture time 24h; 0.5‰urea, 0.2‰KH 2 PO4, 0.2‰MgSO 4,0.1‰FeSO4. After fermented under the optimal conditions, dry weight of SCP is up to 8.204g/L, and the COD is reduced by 83.2%.The element analyse of SCP shows that crude protein reaches up to 33.62%, crude fat 2.27%, crude ash 8.35%, water 9.8%. This SCP contains abundant...
