Approximately about 200 species disappear from the earth every two days. There are 12 hundred million people living in the water depletion areas. There aren't the discharge equipments for the sewage in the surroundings where nearly 14 hundred million live. 20 thousand million ton of the soil has run off every year. The usage amount of the pesticide has exceeded 2.7 million ton every year. The forest around the world has being disappeared from the earth with the speed of 4.6 million hectares every year and so on.The deterioration of the earth surroundings has given rise to people's extensive attentions. Day and day, the environmental protection has been put to the schedules of various countries. The environmental protection consists of two fields, one of which is protecting and improving the environmental quality and the other of which is reasonably making use of the natural resources and lessening or eliminating the poisonous matter from entering the environment.The fire protection has undertaken the treatment to the all sorts of scourge, which is closely interrelated to the environmental protection. In recent years, the environmental protection in the field of fire protection has been closely followed, but there are still some problems such as the superficial consciousness for the environmental protection and the powerless measures. From the two aspects such as the fire protection measures'consuming to the environmental resources and its second-time pollution in the scourge handling, this thesis analyzes the elements which probably cause the environmental pollution and consequently brings about the environmental protection measures in the field of the controlling the scourge.
