Clearing Plots Of Three Gorges's Dangerous Wastes In The Chongqing Province

Huge economic profits will be brought with the finishment of the famous Three Gorges project.However,many districts will be flooded and many factories must be moved,So the problem of environmental safty be widely focused.Because of long-term development of industry,many solid wastes are made in Three Gorge Area,including industrial wastes,medical wastes,municipal solid wastes,and so on.While the level arrivving ,properly treating solid wastes is considered as an important task of building Three Gorge Area and protecting environment.Cleaning wastes work of the second term was finished in 2002.12 and was checked by center govement in 2003.4 in Chongqing area. At current ,with the rising of level of Three Gorge Resevior,the danger wastes of the third and the forth term similarly need be cleared.If treated improperly ,the wastes will result in huge problems of public safty and environmental protection.With the approaching of time limit of the third sluicing plan,the work of cleaning is urgent.Based on statistics and analysis of Evironmental Protection Department,the distributing,species and number of danger wastes are roundly knowed. Danger wastes are classfied with serious danger wastes and average danger wastes.Serious danger wastes are comprised with pesticide,danger chemical materials,mineral oil,deposing medicine,cyanogen wastes and so on.Oters are average danger wastes.The ways of burning and stockpiling are advised in the process of treatment by referring inside and outside techonogies and managing ways of treating solid wastes.Some good companies are regarded as burning departments.Based on state'standard,some manipulating flows of packing and transportation are regulated.By reviewing on the spot,a detailed treatment scheme was designed according to the status,species and characteristic of different region'danger wastes.Some can be burned on the spot,some can be stockpiled to treat later on in some areas.Some serious danger chemical things were disposed specially.Some accidents which mayarise in the process of treatment were considered in advance,so some ways and measures were accordingly brought to resolve these accidents.Based on anticipated price which calculates with region'price,price index and increasing quotiety in past ,the whole...
