The distribution, accumulation and transfer dynamics of CPFX and TCCA in water, sediments and biota in a simulated micro-cosmos system were investigated in this paper, and the environmental behaviors of CPFX by different administration ways in the simulated micro-cosmos system were also compared. Reversed-phase high-perfomance liquid chromatographic method (RP-HPLC) has been developed for the determination of CPFX and TCCA residues in different samples. The determination of CPFX residues in water, sediments , Allogynogenetic crucian carp, Corbicula fluminea and Echinodorus amazonicus tissues were done by RP-HPLC. The results showed that the average recovery of CPFX in various spiked tissues ranged from 77.86% to 128.49%, the within-day RSD and between-day RSD were less than 8.422% and 11.971%, respectively. CPFX concentration between 0.005~5.0 mg ? L-1 had a good linear correlation, the calibration coefficients were above 0.999 8. The limit of detection was 0.001 mg ? kg-1.The determination of TCCA residues in water, sediments, Allogynogenetic crucian carp, Corbicula fluminea and Echinodorus amazonicus tissues were also done by RP-HPLC. The results showed that the average recovery of TCCA in various spiked tissues ranged from 61.49% to 92.58%, the within-day RSD and between-day RSD were less than 6.505% and 10.482%, respectively. TCCA concentration between 0.01~0.5 mg ? L- had a good linear correlation, the calibration coefficient was above 0.999 6. The limit of detection was 0.01 mg ? kg-1.Study on the fate of CPFX and TCCA in the simulated micro-cosmos system showed the results as follows: after CPFX and TCCA releasing into water body, some of CPFX decomposed photochemically in aqueous solutions, some of TCCA was hydrolyzed, some was absorbed upon the surface of suspending particles and assimilated by aquatic organisms or precipitated into the sediments, different aquatic organisms had the different bioaccumulations and residues of both drugs, the concentration of CPFX and TCCA in water were very low, but very high in sediments. There were differences in the distribution, accumulation and transfer dynamics of CPFX and TCCA in different organisms: Echinodorus amazonicus adsorbed CPFX and TCCA mainly by its leaf instead of its roots and reached to the equilibrium quickly; Allogynogenetic crucian carp, Corbicula fluminea had obviously ability to accumulate of CPFX and TCCA, which could residue in the organisms for a long time. The significant differences of CPFX and TCCA bioaccumulations existed between the visceral and the muscle, and higher concentration of both drugs were found in the former tissue. There were differences in the distribution, accumulation and transfer dynamics of CPFX by different administration ways in the simulated micro-cosmos system. The contents of CPFX in Allogynogenetic crucian carp were: feed administration> mixed administration > water administration.
