Urban Remnant Natural Area (URNA)is left behind in the urban planning area along with urbanization. It is made up with a certain scale and quality of nature resources and it has special ecological value. In the future, perhaps it may be permitted or forbidden to empolder and construct according to requirement of urban planning.
