One of the main pollution in the motorcar exhaust gas is SO2 produced by burning of sulfid in gasoline, diesel oil, etc, becomes increasingly strict. So the restriction of sulfur content in the oil takes on significant meaning, and the searching to high efficiency, economical and environmental protection method has also been emergency.The physical and chemical desulfurization methods adoptednow mainly are catalytic hydrogenation, catalytic oxygenation, complex method, solvent extraction and lye extreatment. However, some shortcomings of these technologies difficult to be conquered still exist, such as high consuming of hydrogen, investment of equipments and operation costs in FCC gasoline desulfurization by hydrogenation; rough conditions of preparation, costly price, the easily loss of catalytic activity component and again pollution produced in desulfurization process in catalyst oxygenation method. Comparing to the methods discussed previously, Ionic liquid technology developed in these years possesses many unique advantages, and for its characteristics of approximate to zero of steam pressure, no volatilization and no burning, it owns nice development foreground in the application aspects of oil desulfurization..In the article, taking 1-chlorbutyl-3-methylimidazolium, anhydrous aluminum muriate, anhydrous iron trichloride and cuprous chloride as raw materials, composing AlCl3-[BMIM]Cl, FeCl3-[BMIM]Cl and CuCl-[BMIM]Cl ionic liquid and carrying on desulfurization test to gasoline and diesel oil by the technique, the desulfidation effects to gasoline and diesel oil by the molar ratio of metallic halide and [BMIM]Cl in the ionic liquid, adding amount of ionic liquid, desulfidation time and desulfidation temperature are researched. The results of experiments show that FeCl3-[BMIM]Cl ionic liquid more suitable to desulfidation of gasoline and diesel oil. While the molar ratio of FeCl3 and [BMIM]Cl in the ionic liquid being 2:1, adding amount of ionic liquid being 10%, reaction period being 35min and temperature being 25degrees, the desulfidation ratio for gasoline reaches 81.5% and yield is 92.5%. While the molar ratio of FeCl3 and [BMIM]Cl in the ionic liquid being 2:1, adding amount of ionic liquid being 11%, reaction period being 50min and temperature being 50degrees, the desulfidation ratio for diesel oil reaches 41.48% and yield is 89.3%. |
