Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is safe, green, high selective and powerful oxidant. A new method of desulphurization with H2O2 by adding different kinds of catalysts was proposed. The extraction, oxidized-extraction, adsorption and oxidized-adsorption desulphurization techniques were studied, and the suitable conditions of desulphurization were determined by investigating effects of various factors on the desulphurization. In the physical method, effects of different single solvents, multiplex solvents with high content alkali, multiplex solvents with high content alcohol, and multiplex solvents with high content acyl amine on the desulphurization were investigated. The extraction conditions of gasoline are the extraction temperature of 15℃, extraction time of 15min, the solvent to oil ratio of 1. Among all of the solvents, DMF is the best extractor. Its desulphurization ratio was 53.78%. The adsorption conditions of gasoline are the amount of sorbent of 1.0g, adsorption temperature of 30℃, adsorption time of 20min. Effects of nine kinds of sorbents on the desulphurization were investigated. Among all of the sorbents, silica gel is the best sorbent. Its desulphurization ratio reached 72.21%. The extraction conditions of pentane are the extraction temperature of 15℃, extraction time of 15min, the ratio of pentane and extractor of 1. Lye(5%) and other solvent can make the content of sulfur reduce from 40.3 mg/L to 1.0 mg/L.In the chemical method, effects of eleven kinds of catalysts on the desulphurization were investigated, and the catalyst JY-1 was chosen. On the basis of it, the excellent performance catalyst PW-1 was prepared. Choosing the JY-1 as catalyst, Condition of oxidized desulphurization of gasoline was studied. The experiment results indicated that the suitable conditions of oxidized desulphurization are the amount of H2O2 of 0.04mL, the amount of the catalyst of 0.0019g, the amount of the assistant catalyst of 0.40mL, reaction temperature of 30℃, reaction time of 60min, using the multiplex solvent of ethanol(95%) and lye(5%)(the volume ratio of them is 4) as the extractor, the extraction temperature of 15℃, the extraction time of 15min, the solvent to oil ratio of 1. Under these conditions, the content of sulfur reduced from 179.3mg/L to 15.14mg/L, the desulphurization ratio reached 91.55%; Choosing the PW-1 as catalyst, oxidized- extraction condition of gasoline was studied. The suitable conditions of oxidized-extraction desulphurization are the amount of H2O2 of 0.01mL, the amount of the catalyst of 0.0016g, reaction temperature of 30℃, reaction time of 60min, using the multiplex solvent of ethanol(95%) and lye(5%)(the volume ratio of them is 4) as the extractor, the extraction temperature of 15℃, the extraction time of 15min, the solvent to oil ratio of 1. Under these conditions, the content of sulfur reduced from 179.3mg/L to 10.81mg/L, the desulphurization ratio reached 93.97%. The desulphurization ratios of the both oxidation systems were about twice to that of extraction without being oxidized, the oxidized effect was remarkable. Finally, the suitable condition of thiopene was determined by investigating effects of various factors on the desulphurization. The suitable oxidized conditions are the amount of H2O2 of 0.05mL, the amount of the catalyst of 0.0020g, the amount of the assistant catalyst of 0.50mL, reaction temperature of 40℃, reaction time of 60min, using DMF as extractor, the extraction temperature of 15℃, the extraction time of 15min, the solvent to oil ratio of 1. Under these conditions, the content of sulfur reduced from 200mg/L to 30.90mg/L, the desulphurization ratio reached 84.55%.
