Study On The Green Oxidation Desulphurization Technology Of Low Sulfur Oil

Abstract/Summary:
Taking cyclopentane and gasoline as the raw materials, the extraction, adsorption and oxidation-extraction desulfurization technologies were researched, the effect of different factors on desulphurization were studied and proper desulfurization conditions were found out.Taking cyclopentane as the raw materials, the effect of desulphurization on various extractors and sorbents were studied. The experiment results indicated that: (1) the effect of different extractors on desulphurization were studied, many solvents had better desulfurizing effect, but synthetically considered, 5% sodium hydroxide as extractor was more reasonable, the optimal conditions were the extractive temperature of 15℃, extractive time of 15min, the ratio of cyclopentane and extractor of 1, the standing time of 5min, under which the sulfur content of cyclopentane can reduced to 1.2mg/L and the desulphurization ratio reached 92.5%. (2) the effect of desulphurization on various sorbents was studied and dusty active carbon was the best adsorbent, the optimal conditions were the amount of adsorbent of 0.5g, the adsorption temperature of 40℃, adsorption time of 20min, under which the sulfur content can reduced to 0.8mg/L, the desulphurization ratio reached 95%.Taking gasoline as the raw material, using 30% hydrogen peroxide solution and 18% peroxyacetic acid as the oxidant repectively, the effect of varies of factors on desulphurization were studied. The experiment results indicated that: (1) when taking 30% hydrogen peroxide solution as the oxidant, the optimal conditions of oxidized-extractive desulfurization were the n(oxidant)/n(S) of 7.7, n(tungstic)/n(S)of 0.027, n(ethanol)/n(S) of 10.78, the reaction temperature of 30℃, the reaction time of 30min, using the multiplex solution of DMF and furfural (the volume ratio of them was 4) as the extractor, the extraction temperature of 20℃, the extraction time of 15min, the solvent to oil ratio of 1. With these conditions, the sulfur content of gasoline can be reduced from 407.07mg/L to 22.05mg/L, and the desulphurization ratio can reached 94.58%, which was 31% higher than that of extraction without oxidized, the oxidized effect was remarkable; (2) when taking 18% peroxyacetic acid as the oxidant, the optimal conditions of oxidized-extractive desulphurization were the n(oxidant)/n(S) of 1.05, n(oxalic)/n(S) of 0.62, n(auxiliary catalyst)/n(S) of 0.045, the reaction temperature of 40℃, reaction time of 20min, using the multiplex solvent of N,N-Dimethylformamide and distilled water (the volume ratio of them was 49) as the extractor, the extractive temperature of 15℃, the extractive time of 10min, the solvent to oil ratio of 1. With these conditions, the content of sufur reduced from 407.07mg/L to 26.62mg/L, the desulphurization ratio reached 93.46%, which was 29.2% higher than that of extraction without oxidized, the effect of oxidized desulphurization was remarkable.
