PCP holds an important position in the lifting equipment of oil production, It has fewer moving parts, and good inhalation, can be hold high efficiency in the sticky oil and sand wells and wells of more gas. While PCP has more good features, such as the equipment using small size ,lower-cost investment ,simple regulation and convenient adjustment ,and good energy-saving ,so the number and scope of its application shows a clear upward trending.PCP has a simple structure, but its key working parts-the rotor's and stator's surface is external complex, the campaign ways is incomprehensible, the speed and acceleration of the point on rotor has great difference .In this paper we should study the rotor and stator of the PCP. According to the formational mechanism of contour lines and main lines of the PCP,make the construction model of the rotor and stator by SolidWorks, and make simulation and kinematical analysis of the single PCP by COSMOSMotion. On this basis, understanding the matching mode of rotor and stator ,the campaign mode of the rotor ; the formation mechanism of the three-dimensional cavity between rotor and stator ,and the changes of the rack displacement velocity ,acceleration of the point on the rotor.PCP's rotor is made by metal ,and the stator is made by metal and rubber , It is more difficult to do the stress and strain analysis ,we have not directly methods to do it in the actual situation .The development of the computer technology and the finite element modeling and the analysis of virtual parts do a strong help for this .In the past, we do the two-dimensional model analysis instead of 3D graphical models because of the rotor's and stator's surface is more complex .,it has a certain error In some degree .In this paper ,we do the analysis by CosmosWorks. According to the result we should learn the Changes of stress and strain ,On this basis, we optimize the stator-line in order to increase the pressure of single PCP.
