The equipment of wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization(FGD) is the effectual technics to prevent acid rain and sulfur dioxide pollution. The FGD is wide used in the power plant burning coal. For wider and better using of FGD technology, The writer discussed factors that affect the desulfurizing efficiency in theory, such as: flue gas parameters into absorb tower, limestone slurry's physics and chemistry, operation parameters and so on. The writer analysed the characteristics of technics system, main self-regulation system elements and chain control logic. According to the problems appeared in the sets of FGD, such as the pressure's instability in the boiler and special erosion, incrustation, abrasion, and jam in FGD set itself, the paper analyzed causation of the problems and made the operation and maintenance rules. In order to reduce the cost increased by the FGD device, combine with real situation that sulfur dioxide contents in flue gas is below design data, We had a series of optimizing experiment, include circle pump's operation optimizing, measure of reduce flue pressure, wet muller system optimizing, vacuum belt system optimizing and waste water from FGD equipment mix with waste water from boiler and so on. And according to the result, we got a economic technics for the FGD device, which can guarantee the efficiency of desulfurization above 95.6% .And after the technics were used, the cost of FGD equipment was reduced 3.7 million Yuan every year.
